A unique series of 40 postures that combine the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional yoga in a specially heated room (103 to 105F). The moksha series is a dynamic system of postures and breathing exercises specifically designed to be practiced in the heat. It is cardiovascular workout that loosens, strengthens and tones the muscles, while calming the mind and reducing stress. The heat allows for deep, safe stretching and promotes detoxification of the skin, blood and muscles through sweat. Classes are suitable for all levels of ability in both 60, 75 and 90 minute formats.

In this class the Moksha sequence is linked together with vinyasa flows. Emphasis will be on the synergy between breath and movement to help you deepen your practice. This class is always moving, and is set at a quicker pace than a Moksha class.  It is great for upper body strengthening and improving cardiovascular health. Key word is FUN. All levels welcome, though beginners are encouraged to feel comfortable with the standard Moksha series first.

Designed to relieve stress and tension, while the heat stimulates deep muscle release, improves your body's pliability and deepens your yoga practice. This is an excellent non-weight bearing style of yoga for beginners, those who prefer a less vigorous class and for those experiencing illness, injury or chronic pain.

An active, flowing style yoga class (vinyasa yoga) proven to improve strength, cardiovascular health, and flexibility. This class is appropriate for all levels. You will be given options in each pose so that you feel challenged, yet successful. Without breaking the natural flow from pose to pose, the focus will be on alignment and breath.
